while i've been struggling creating innovative mixes with my crappy hercules controller, my mentors at stonesthrow, peanut butter wolf, j-rocc, and egon have released another mix - a tribute to the late james brown.

its a 3-part mix and the songs are sampled from, and inspired by the godfather of soul. it's another quality hip-hop mix from the guys, and i was listening to it all through while composing that lengthy simulacra post.
